The complete tracker.
One dollar a month.
Your training, never gated.
Logging, programs, PRs, RIR, RPE, supersets, plate math and your full history — the whole core app, complete at Bronze. Never crippled, never ads.
There is no crippled “free” tier and no ads on your workout — just $1/mo for the complete tracker. The higher tiers add advanced analytics, coaching, and prestige. They never take the essentials away.
You are stronger than last month.
You just cannot see it.
Progress in the gym is invisible day to day - a little more weight, one more rep, a shorter rest. Strength Almanac catches all of it and draws you the line, so the work you cannot feel becomes a curve you cannot argue with.
Log it. Beat it. Bank the PR.
The whole reason you track: do a little more than last time, and let the app catch the moment you did. Three taps, every set.
Everything you need to train. None of it gated.
The features other apps call “pro” are just features here - all included at Bronze, the moment you start.

The big trackers offer a “free” tier, then cap your routines and gate your analytics — or shut off entirely once the trial ends. The complete Strength Almanac is a flat dollar a month: uncapped, and cheaper than any of their paid tiers.

The pledge: we will never cap your routines, hide your history, put ads on your workout, or move a core tracking feature behind a higher tier. If it helps you train, it is in Bronze - permanently.
The honest FAQ.
So what is actually behind a paywall?
Advanced analytics, coach mode, a few quality-of-life extras, and cosmetic prestige - the stuff on top. The core tracker (logging, programs, PRs, RIR/RPE, supersets, plate math, full history, export and import) is complete at $1 and never gets taken away. That is a permanent promise, not a launch gimmick.
Does it work without a signal?
Not yet. You need a connection to save a set - on a weak signal it usually still gets through, because each set is sent the moment the connection allows, but with no signal at all a set can fail to save and it is not held to send later. If you train somewhere with no reception, note your sets and enter them afterwards. Offline logging with automatic sync is built and in testing, and it is not switched on in the shipping app. We would rather tell you that here than let you find out at the rack.
Is it really just a dollar?
Bronze is $1/mo and it is the whole tracker, not a crippled teaser. Higher tiers exist for people who want the extras or just want to fund the thing. Nobody is forced up a tier to keep training.
What is TestFlight?
Apple's official app for trying beta apps before they hit the App Store. Free to install. You tap our beta link, hit Accept, and Strength Almanac installs like any app. Takes about two minutes.
iOS only?
iPhone first. Apple Watch companion and Android are on the roadmap. On Android? Send this to your iPhone and hang tight — it is coming.
What about my data?
It is yours. Full history kept forever, readable even if your subscription lapses. No ads on your workout log, ever. Read the privacy policy - it is in plain English.
“I built Strength Almanac because every tracker I loved eventually asked me to pay to see my own history, or capped my routines, or made me pay just to keep logging. That is backwards. Your training data should never be held hostage.
So the deal is simple: a dollar gets you the whole tracker, forever complete. The tiers on top are for people who want to chip in. That is it. No asterisks.”
